“ On the street ”

Found this artist on the street of historic Fredericksburg, VA. I broke a lot of composition rules and I shot at high noon. I also shot with my cell phone this week. The scene is very cluttered but I liked it. I edited it painterly in Photoleap App for an impressionist look.
