“ Surfing U.S.A. ”
I watched these guys attempting to Para Surf but they weren't having much luck. It was plenty windy so I smoothed the scene with the Adamski Effect.

I am claiming the extra credit because even though it wasn't on a street, I was definitely stalking them and felt a tad uncomfortable.
