Very nice photo on multiple fronts- color variation in the Ferris wheel, nice exposure on Sea Dog, great texture in the wood on the pier, and nice starbursts on the light to the right of the Ferris wheel. The fact that you braved the cold to take it is admirable. Keep taking photos!
