“ Ride like the wind ”

I had 20 minutes in the park while i wait for my kid's guitar lesson, and there's a kid riding his bike, so i attempted a panning shot, and exaggerated the panning in post, and i think it's the adamsky effect, or kind of? so i'll take the extra credit, cuz why not.
