    this is such a powerful image , tzvi, wow. i didnt even have to read your caption to get its meaning. i think all of us are experiencing PTSD ( not so P) and coping as best as we can. my neighbors dud shemesh exploded at two am a while back, and i thought there were terrorists on my street, it was so scary. and no one can tell me "oh that is so far fetched" because it isnt... congrats on the 52 picks, well deserved..

    I am so sorry you're going through all this, I simply can not imaging. growing up in such a privileged part of the world, not ever knowing if we re receiving the correct or enough news.... the world is simply a scary place. I am saddened to her all the terrible things going on in YOUR part of the world. The image you have created is so simple and yet it is so striking. Breath work is amazing, I hope you cling to it and it always helps.
