“ Hibiscus ”
The buds on my hibiscus bush are red and then turn deep pink when fully open. This is actually taken in daylight then edited to remove the distracting leaves and branches behind, and to try and make it look a bit more artistic.

    Lovely pic Nichola and you have processed it well - On first glance I assumed you had flash lit the rose. I think for my taste the green is a bit bright and I would have dimmed that in post to avoid distracting from the red subject but your definitely achieved an arty look

    Beautiful Nichola. When i look at it, i think of flamingco dancers, the red/black dramatic flair and feel.

    I love the colour, However I would have preferred that the sharpness and brightness of the top green leaf was reduced to give emphasis to the flower.
