This was harder than I thought, and I don't think I really achieved what I wanted to achieve. My model (teenage daughter) was mildly cooperative for a very short period of time so I did what I could.

    I really like the simplicity of this. Even though you can’t see her eyes you follow what you imagine is her gaze to the top of the ladder.
