I uploaded the wrong picture - but the system didn't let me change it to the other version. I ran the picture through Topaz, as the motion of the pier, my 10 sec shutter… more

I uploaded the wrong picture - but the system didn't let me change it to the other version. I ran the picture through Topaz, as the motion of the pier, my 10 sec shutter and people walking by made the photo a bit soft and blurry. But now - let's go with what we have here. Let's call it "romantic velvet touch" then ;-)
And - just to add: Two Framers from Florida and Germany together on the hunt for blue hour 😃
