I don't typically shoot anything close to a "texture" shot. So this weeks challenge definitely forced me out of my comfort zone. The other day my buddy and I walked down the street to a local cafe and as we walked I was getting very close to different objects trying to nail this texture shot...

wow great shot Mike! I want to rub everything in this photo haha. I think you did a really great job getting just enough of everything in the frame without overdoing any of it. love the textures, colours, tones and lighting too.

If I had any feedback at all, it's only that the photo feels off horizontally which I think is only due to the wall being angled maybe. since everything else is perfect, my OCD just wants the image slightly more centered.

Overall love this image a lot. great work!
