“ Water Works Christmas ”

I love Christmas lights .... especially when there's a lot of them in one place.

I knew what I wanted to do this week; Christmas lights processed in red.

The Saginaw Water Treatment Division puts on a fabulous display. I remember going by as a little girl with my family...
