“ Fort with a view ”
Housesteads Roman fort was part of Hadrian’s Wall, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Northumberland UK. It was built around AD 124 and was occupied for about 300 years. Set high on a dramatic escarpment, it provides stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

Nice balance between fore, mid and back ground Kathryn. Hoping to be over that way for a few days next year exploring the area

What a stunning view of the rolling hills. It invites one to sit awhile and relax. Well captured, Kathryn.
