“ Red or purple ”
A quick shot as I was making some braised red cabbage. I always think it should be called purple cabbage rather than red but apparently it’s to do with the pH of the soil as to how red or purple it is (same with red onions). Anyway, it was a very tasty accompaniment to sausage and mash.

I want to try photographing red cabbage at some point. You have shown just how photogenic they are. So much design and pattern. Well captured, Kathryn.

I love red cabbage, in fact I had some with my lunch today, and I think the patterns look very abstract too.

Great patterns and colour Kathryn. I didn't know that about the PH levels..

    Now I'm hungry.
I like the circular and contorted patterns in the subjects.
