“ So what time does the blue hour start? ”

Blue hour is actually 20-30 minutes. (Maybe it should be called Blue half hour or Blue ten minutes.)
It was a clear evening..no clouds in sight. I like this shot because it looks like a home in the Carolina's ( in my head). I liked the composition as well...the night sky is diagonal ...
