“ Curves ”

This beautiful tomato was grown in our garden and weighed in at 1lb.2oz. (510gm). The variety was called Big Daddy ....and it certainly was.

Very nice lighting shows off the curves of the vase and the tomato. And wow what a tomato! I did my first "salsa garden" this year. The jalapenos and green peppers have done well, but my tomatoes were a failure!

I like that you placed it on top of the vase to bring even more curves into the image. Beautiful tomato, and lovely lighting.

I'm not sure why you placed the tomato on a pedestal but it was an interesting idea. Good for you for trying the lighting challenge but if I may be honest, the front is too brightly lit. That said, both objects are curvy so, that's plus.

I really like the light and curves on both the tomato and the vase though I do find myself asking why the tomato is sat on top of the vase. Perhaps putting the tomato next to the vase would make more sense - the two objects do complement each other and look great against the black background.
