Thank you for braving the cold weather! I would suggest a crop off of the bottom. This image seems to have been captured "blue" hour which occurs before the sun rises above the horizon rather than after in "golden" hour. If you had shot this a few minutes later, you'd get more golden tones. I appreciate that you had very cold weather, so the effort is much appreciated.
