“ Teddy's Bump in the Road ”
So, I took this photo on Monday not knowing the challenge (or I would have been sure to fully include all the letters). This just shows you how little we pay attention to the words sometimes.

My focus was the down on his luck teddy - parked in a discarded chair waiting for trash ...

    B&W was an excellent choice to further give a somber mood.

    If possible, I think the shot could be improved a bit by opeing the aperature more (you really don't need the fast shutter) IF your lens can do that. Alternatively, in post maybe darken the background a bit

    You definately capturedthe mood though.
