    In potential, a very good portrait. But, because the lighting on the subject's chest is so bright, while the light on her face, and especially on her eyes, is several stops darker, the viewer's eyes are drawn to to the chest. Since I assume that is not your goal, I would suggest that exposure should have been subtracted from the chest/shirt area and added to the face, with emphasis on the eyes. If this could not be done when taking the photograph, you could do it in post. If that was not possible, I would suggest that you crop to the vicinity of the collar.
