On a long layover in Istanbul (the most photogenic city in the world...), this was my opportunity to get an image of the Blue Mosque. Apart from a small crop, I did not do any other editing on the image.

    Wow I have never visited but it certainly looks very busy, with a lot of river traffic. The mosque looks beautiful, very majestic. The sky is still quite light, sothere… more

    Wow I have never visited but it certainly looks very busy, with a lot of river traffic. The mosque looks beautiful, very majestic. The sky is still quite light, sothere is a semi silhouette style and the building lights don't stand out as much as they might do. I'd suggest experimenting with a tighter crop, losing some from the right, and a little play with the exposure, to take down the sky and bring up the mosque lighting... have fun, safe travels
