The past year has had its good points, but I'm not sad to see it fly away. Who knows what new fun the new year will bring?

I broke a "rule" by not keeping all of the subject in the frame...

I like this. The reflection is what pulled me in and then as I moved my eyes I smiled seeing your broken rule. The sharp ripples in the water, droplets, dangling feet… more

I like this. The reflection is what pulled me in and then as I moved my eyes I smiled seeing your broken rule. The sharp ripples in the water, droplets, dangling feet and tail feathers contrast nicely with the blur of the wings. I think the spot you decided to crop on the top creates a strong line. Cheers to 2022!
