    It's funny Aaron, I saw this and was thinking, ah this guy is so cool, I wish I could wear shirts like that but I"m self conscious about my shoulders, and anyways I'd be too skinny to pull it off, and I'm bald since my 20's so that's not even something I'd notice, etc etc...

    I wouldn't have associated any negative aspects of YOU from this frame, as that's all coming from YOUR head, much like my own negative thoughts are coming from MINE.

    Anyways, I wish you a good year ahead, and if I could have any impact on you at all, I hope it's ok that I dispense some advice that I hope you take to heart for 2021:

    1. Stop being so hard on yourself.
    2. Do 5 pushups a day.

    These 2 will change your life, I promise.
