“ A Splash of Colour ”

I rather enjoyed making this 5 part image (pentaptych). Backlit by the natural light of a window and shooting at 1/4000 sec, I was able to capture the action of dropping a cherry into a cocktail glass brimmed with water. Though it took many attempts to get right, the final image is from just one ...

This was such a great idea to have the sequence!!!
I did a cherry as well (and had an embarrassing number of drops), but I didn't capture the cherry itself. I can't imagine how tough it was to get a drop that looked good in each phase. Awesome work and dedication!
