I really like the "sparkly" effect… more

I really like the "sparkly" effect here.

Perhaps cropping out the really bright area on the left would make a stronger image. The brightness of it distracts me from the beautiful "glitter" of the raindrops!

Well done for a last minute shot. Look into some of the apps available for the iPhone (many are free). They can give you more control over shutter speed sometimes.
