“ Pigeon on the barn ”

I was out walking the dogs when I saw this pigeon coming out from the hole and landed on the roof.
First I intended to make a more high contrast picture with silhouettes but I changed my mind during the editing.

Good choice with the editing style. I like that I can see some details on the barn wall. I wonder what that rope is for.

Perfect exposure in what is generally hard to achieve with a bright sky behind the barn The image makes me wonder what the rope is for and what may be on the other end. And of course the bird gives it that eerie feeling

I think you did right. I like composition, dark key and lines. I think it has mystery to like old horror movies.
