“ Never Shall Ye Cleave Them ”

This weekend I shot a wedding, always a privilege! The venue had a great collection of old "junk" around, and I was drawn to this meat cleaver that had been in this stump for years and years.

I wonder if it was used to cleave meat there and was just forgotten one day…. Great that you included the whole cleaver in the shot.
