“ Crouching Weed, Hidden Puddle ”

There is a puddle under there! The aircon drips down the side of the building, and this native violet, Viola hederacea, loves the free water. Normally, native violets die off in the heat of an Aussie summer, but here it has the two things it needs - water, and shade.
