“ Over the Chagrin ”

This bridge connects one side of the Chagrin River Park to the other. The river is currently frozen and there are several areas with ice jams. So far it hasn't caused any flooding. On Saturday we were treated to a nice, sunny day with good clouds and blue skies...It was still very cold, but ...
