Difficult argument, whether it is bokeh, or not. Most people (myself included) believe that bokeh is rounded shapes of light. but when net searched " the effect of a soft out of focus background , that you get when shooting a subject, using a fast lens at the widest aperture" is what you may find. And that is what I see here.  Stunning portrait of this young man, I like how you have him right on the edge of the frame, and filling the right half, with the added left half of dreamy  bokeh. I think it works rather well in B & W and was a great choice. Kudos to your model for helping out.

Really lovely portrait. Possibly more shallow DOF rather than bokeh but really lovely shot!
