“ Rituals ”

I wanted to capture the post-soviet union middle class life as it is. I see so much beautification in social media, but that's not how we live here in the Baltics. I think we have become so far and we should appreciate the homes and the lives we have and not always try to be glam for Instagram.

This is lovely! I lived in the balkans for 2 and half years. I understand what you mean. Sometimes I felt that many people were trying to create a false perception of life, a "western perception" but really it was the true culture, the hardships, the families, and the communities that needed to represented and celebrated. Bravo!
