“ sad circumstances ”
I went to the hospital unexpectedly on Friday. Since I haven't taken my photo yet, here's a look at my sad breakfast. I would love to be at home. Yet I embrace the fact that I am being helped.

    And all they give you is a cup of tea and some dry bread? Hmph. It's enough to make patients hurry to cure themselves, so they can go home for some good, hearty food!… more

(Or maybe that's the intention? ?) The tilt of the tray (not evenly centered in the frame) adds to the feeling of "imperfection: Get well soon!!
