    Mr. Carr: I had intended to comment on this picture several days ago and got caught up in something much less important. Mea culpa. Earlier comment you made to me about some of your photography certainly flies in the face of how wonderfully creative, delightfully spooky, and off the 52Frames beaten track this submission is. You excelled in showing the view a sense of frenetic movement and sharp color contrast. Excellent framing choice, too.
