This is beautiful and unique. The reflection is fantastic. I love the slight ripple. It is beautifully composed and I find this to be very fascinating. Is it still in use? I do see a couple of lights. I think this would make a fantastic piece in an artful industrial series. The focus does seem a bit off. Is it hand held? (I know I have to use a tripod or be leaning against something.) I would love to see this with a blue sky or partly cloudy.
