“ Light and Dark ”

I love to experiment with light and shadow and to shoot with off camera flash. I used a strip light right in front of me, a dark background and dialed three settings in so that the only illumination would come from the flash even though there was still natural light in the room.

The lighting shapes your subject so well. The hand being closer to the camera gets more attention than the face. Black and white was a very good choice… more
