“ Preparing for the Perseids ”

This is my first night this week I get the opportunity to take night shots. It’s still the beginning of the night and I hope to capture the Perseids medior shower above what is called a Dutch Hunebed.

This is a great astro shot, Love the vertical composition. Agree about the headlamp, but nice to have some rocks illuminated to give more foreground interest.
