“ Horizontal Horizon Lines ”

I saw a brick layer building a wall near Hyde Park and he used this spirit level to ensure that all was level and straight- - The spirit level gauge in the centre of this photograph looks like an "eye" or maybe" the sun " setting between the two horizon lines
