“ No pain no gain ”

My partner and I are training to manage to do a pull up.
This is him doing a preparatory exercise, an Australian pull up (funny thing is, he is Australian).
I'm happy I managed to get the focus on his hand but you can still see the pain on his face in the blurry part of the picture.
