“ Delish in a Box ”

This is an inspired New Orleans chicken P’Boy meal of chicken and slaw, sans wine. It came with Roasted Potato Wedges with a Spiced Mayo for dipping. Life is busy. What can I say. Hence, this ‘road-trip’ Blue Apron meal was our Thursday pick. A delicious mid-week meal for us!
