“ Ripe for the Picking ”

From red metal roofs to red barns and red covered bridges, not to mention the red foliage, I had a lot of photos to choose among from our recent trip to New Hampshire. I like the simplicity of these red apples in the orchard where we picked.

Apple picking is fun. It's amazing at orchards seeing them grow in clusters as do berries.

That looks like one great apple! Good exposure.

I might have shot higher. There is "dead space" in the bottom of the photo, and the cluster of apples is clipped at the top.

The glint of sunshine on the apple is a perfect highlight!
