“ Self Portrait ”
There was a lot of running backwards and forwards with a dinosaur dog toy on a second tripod to try and get the focus and settings right!

No flash on this, however I did use a softbox light facing away from me to provide some light (I thought that the light from the ceiling might be too harsh).

I like the softer tones for a black and white shot... you can see the details.  I often get to contrasty with my black and whites.  Did you consider bumping up to ISO 200 and then slowing your shutter speed?  Your portrait might have been a touch sharper if you had.  I like the evenness of your lighting though.  Well done.

Nice work and I like the lighting.  The only thing I would say is the wrinkles in the background are a bit distracting.  I like the black and white too.
