“ Bravado in the face of Gratiarophobia ”

This was a hard on for me. I don’t take many pictures of people and don’t want to use a picture without getting their ok. However this guy was acting proud despite his potential for being someone’s dinner guest.

You could also maybe include "hopeful" and "feeling sexy"! We used to have lots of turkeys on our property. We mostly saw the females as they wandered through looking for something to eat. But when the males showed up, they would start their mating rituals and try to be the alpha male. It was funny! But I didn't like their thrumming. It was a frequency that immediately got under my skin. Nice photo of a proud tom!
