I like the lines and angles and all the details you've captured, and it's a good composition. I think this would be a good shot to add a red filter (either when shooting or in post) to get a darker sky. My brother-in-law and his family lived in Norwich for a few years while he was doing an expat assignment for his company and they really liked it there. Good shot.
