“ Yeast Plait ”

For this challenge, I baked my very first yeast plaited bread. And since I'm not satisfied with "normal", I baked it with wholemeal flour.

Unfortunately, at the exact moment I pressed the shutter button on my Polaroid camera, the sun came through the kitchen window. :-(

I like the composition of the photo, even with the unplanned sunlight. I like that it shows the equipment needed to help get to that point of braiding the dough.

What if the flour scoop was tilted downward to include more of the handle? It could still be partially out of the frame to give the incomplete look.

Food photo stories are fun! Hope the finished version of the bread was delicious.
