For most of the last year, I have stood outside this window looking in. Attempting to hold a conversation with my mother, whose mental status has declined a lot over the last year and a half. She would ask repeatedly, "Why don't you come inside?" And I would reply, "Because of the virus." ...

i really like the pot and the light and colour tones

it feels as though there is something about the image that is a tiny bit canted... i wonder if there's a way to adjust to make it easier on the eye?

regardless, i think you chose an awesome subject - nicely done!
