    Sourdough is my favorite bread, but I never learned to make it. I like how you included the before and after of baking in your photo.

    I feel like the angle is a little off. Might be an idea to take the shot a bit closer to straight on instead of from above.

    I really love the contrast of the blue lid against the yellow placemat. It pops! Keep on baking, and shooting!

    That bread looks amazing. I made a lot of sourdough this year and taught friends and students how to make it. Great project.
