I drive by this construction site nearly every day. There are lots of excavators and tractors and machinery. Today, I noticed someone had left a shovel in the foreground and I thought it would be a great focal point. It reminded me of the phrase about bringing a knife to a gunfight but in this ...

Well seen and exposed. I would consider leaving a little more space in the crop around the arms of the excavators as it feels a little cramped to me, but nothing wrong with the base composition itself. The leading lines of the pipe and excavator arms are great.
