“ Delicate Resilience ”

On an unseasonably warm winter day I searched my sleeping garden for inspiration. These Rose of Sharon seed pods caught my attention. I love their delicate appearance contrasted with their determined resilience in the face of recent harsh winter winds.

That bokeh is wonderful and swirly. You know I'm a sucker for interesting bokeh. :) I like how the branches are forming a triangle around the flower.
