“ Family treasure ”
I was thinking what could be the oldest item I own, and I think it might be this family bible from 1880. It is not easy to read, because the font is squiggly and the language is old-fashioned. I like it's worn look and that you close it with these leather straps and metal clasps.

    Beautiful shot Ingrid.  I really like the worn leather and the clasp.  It looks like the leather covers wood of some type.
