“ Birthday Buns ”

I was making these buns for a birthday when I was struck by the idea that I could use this as an opportunity to Get Low! I edited them in Photoshop to try to remove the horrible glare from the oven light - lesson learnt, turn oven light off before shooting next time!

Love the color pops! I can practically smell the muffins! I would agree that the oven light in the bottom grabs my eye first... but it was short-lived! :)

That's a great bit of food photography. The colour is nice and bold and makes nme want to take a bite. The mixture of types is a feast for the eye as well as the palate… more
