    Hi Brandie! Love the violin and I see to be in a black and white phase myself these days, Just as I write that, I wonder what effect it would be if you turned down the saturation on the the colors and just left a little bit of tone in the violin. The fallen beam is a bit distracting, although it has cool textures. Did you try playing with placing in at the edge of the frame so one doesn't see both edges of the beam?

    Saying that, I absolutely would not sacrifice the strings or all the little bits on the window ledge as they are wonderful. Plus the lean of the violin with it's broken string, is like a wistful child looking out a window, waiting for someone to play with.
