“ Blind Shadow Play ”

I was having my coffee this morning and liked how the sun light played with blinds creating shadow. I immediately knew I wanted to make the shot b&w and bring out the shadows more and up the contrast. In my composition I tried to create leading lines and highlight the repeating pattern. Thoughts?

I think the leading lines mostly work, but the string creates a bit of a distracting break. I really love the textures that are especially evident toward the left and top of the frame. B&w is perfect for the light and shadows contrast. The image definitely caught my attention.
