    Great use of light and shade Derek. As long as my mind is not erased I think I can cope and hope to do so for a few years yet! A friend recently wrote that is more important to look good than to feel good and that really made me laugh!! Hope to continue to see you on 52 Frames.  Happy and creative New Year.

    I understand your sentiment completely.  When I take photos of elderly subjects with deep lines and spots, I’m able to see their beauty.  It’s much harder to do when I look in the mirror.  Let’s all continue to strive to see our own beauty.
